What percentage, There is a trend in the world of hospitality , which is not new at all, but in recent years it has gained great strength and notoriety in almost any establishment. In case you have not realized, we are still talking about the incorporation of external workers, temporary or not , coming in most cases from the so-called temporary employment agencies or companies (ETT). Anyone who has experience in the hotel sector or real knowledge of the activity that a hotel has and its different needs will understand that there are times, or rather seasons, throughout the year when an establishment needs to have more staff available than normal to be able to continue providing quality customer service.

There is no magic rule or formula, email leads at least known, that tells us what the ideal average is in each case.  What percentage Logic tells us that at least the basic services, which our hotel company usually provides, should be well covered by the establishment’s own or permanent staff (to call it something) . These external personnel would make it easier for us to cover complementary positions and/or would offer support during times of high occupancy. How to improve the quality of customer service? We have previously talked about the need to care for, motivate and train the internal client (our employees) , so that they can carry out their usual tasks with the greatest efficiency and effectiveness possible and in this way enhance the image and reputation of our Brand.
