The investment objective of the Global X ChinaU.S. Tech ETF is to provide investment results that closely correspond to the performance of the Mirae Asset ChinaU.S.
Tech Index (the “Index”) before fees and expenses
The Fund will primarily adopt a full replication strategy to achieve the Fund’s investment objective by
investing directly in the Index Constituent Stocks target by neighborhood in google ad in substantially the same proportions as the Index
Constituent Stocks in the Index (the “Replication Strategy”).
If it is not efficient or practicable to adopt a full replication strategy, or if the Manager considers it
appropriate in its sole discretion, the Manager may adopt a representative sampling strategy to
construct a portfolio pattern by holding a sample of constituent securities that are representative of
the Index select by the Manager using a rulebas quantitative analysis model (the “Representative Sampling Strategy”).
When adopting a representative sampling strategy
The Manager may allow the Fund to deviate from calling list the Index weightings, provid that the maximum
deviation from the weighting of any constituent stock index shall not exce plus or minus 3 percentage
points of the relevant weighting.
The index is new and has a short operating history. It is difficult for investors to assess its past performance and therefore the performance of the index cannot be guarante.
